COOKIES POLICY
The website http://generationag.org, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", uses cookies to store information on your computer. This Cookie Policy explains how the Website uses cookies. By browsing the Website, you agree and accept the use of cookies on your computer, in accordance with the terms of this Cookie Policy. If you do not wish to receive cookies from the Website, please either make the appropriate settings (as outlined below) or refrain from using the Website.
What are cookies?
"Cookies" are small text files with information that a website (specifically the web server) stores on a user's computer. They do not have the capability to access any document or file on the user's computer. Cookies contain some information, such as the name of a website and certain digits and numbers. Each time the user connects to a website, it retrieves this information and offers the user related services. An example of such information is the user's preferences on a website, as indicated by the choices the user makes on that particular website (e.g., selecting specific buttons, searches, ads, etc.).
What cookies does the Website use?
Types of cookies used:
Technical cookies
Technical cookies are used for the proper functioning of certain features of the Website. The Website uses technical cookies, the sole purpose of which is to conduct communication or which are necessary for the provision of a specific service explicitly requested by the user or subscriber (Article 4 paragraph 5 of Law 3471/2006).
The collection and processing of information through the use of technical cookies is necessary for the proper functioning of the Website. If a user opposes the use of such technical cookies, they will not be able to visit and view the Website correctly.
The Website uses the following technical cookies:

Beyond technical cookies, the general rule governing the use of electronic communication networks is that accessing information already stored on a subscriber's terminal equipment requires the user's prior consent after clear and comprehensive information, meaning this consent must be given opt-in rather than opt-out.
Therefore, cookies that are not "technical" cookies and are more significant for user privacy, such as those used to create a user profile, can be installed on the user's terminal equipment only if the user has been clearly and comprehensively informed and has validly given their consent.
Third-party cookies
While browsing the Website, users' web browsers may receive third-party cookies.
Third-party cookies are installed by a different website than the one the user is browsing. This is because each website may contain elements (images, maps, sounds, specific links to websites of other domain names) that are located on computer servers different from those hosting the website the user is browsing.

No third-party cookies are used on our website.
The information collected from the above cookies is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
How can I review cookie settings in my browser?
Some users may not agree with storing the information collected by cookies on their computer. Each web browser provides clear instructions regarding its cookie policy.
If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can modify your web browser settings to warn you when cookies are sent, disable all or some of the cookies used by the Website, or delete cookies already installed on your computer.
